PSD a obţinut puţin peste 30% din voturi – exit-poll CURS-Avangarde

Partidul Social Democrat ar fi obţinut, la Senat, 30,3% dintre voturile exprimate la alegerile parlamentare de duminică, la nivel naţional, iar la Camera Deputaţilor 30,2%, în timp ce Partidul Naţional Liberal ar fi obţinut, la Senat, 29,4% şi la Camera Deputaţilor – 29,3%, potrivit rezultatelor exit-poll-ului realizat de CURS-Avangarde, la comanda Antena 3, pentru ora 21,00. Pe locul al treilea se situează Alianţa USR PLUS, care are 16,6% dintre voturi la Senat şi 16,1% la Camera Deputaţilor, conform exit-poll-ului.

UDMR ar fi obţinut 5,7% la Senat şi 5,6% la Camera Deputaţilor, Partidul Mişcarea Populară 5% la Senat şi 5% la Camera Deputaţilor, iar Pro România are 5% la Senat şi 5% la Camera Deputaţilor.

Alianţa pentru Unirea Românilor ar fi obţinut, conform exit-poll-ului, 5,4% la Senat şi 5,3% la Camera Deputaţilor.

Elezioni Romania: exit poll, le prime reazioni dei leader politici

Gli exit poll resi noti in chiusura delle urne, alle 21 locali, indicano che il Partito socialdemocratico (PSD, all’opposizione) ha ottenuto circa il 30% dei voti alle elezioni politiche svoltesi oggi in Romania. Il Partito Nazionale Liberale (PNL, al governo) è indicato attorno al 29%, mentre l’Alleanza Unione Salvate Romania – PLUS a circa il 16%.

Gli stessi exit poll danno intorno al 5% l’Unione Democratica Magiari di Romania, Pro Romania e il Partito Movimento Popolare, che avrebbero superato la soglia di sbarramento. Una sorpresa arriva dal possibile ingresso nel Parlamento del nuovo partito dell’Alleanza per l’Unione dei Romeni (AUR). L’affluenza nazionale in chiusura delle urne ha raggiunto il 31,84%.

Il leader socialdemocratico, Marcel Ciolacu, ha detto che, tramite il voto espresso oggi, i romeni hanno indicato che ci vuole un cambiamento e hanno sanzionato il modo in cui i liberali, al governo, hanno gestito la pandemia.

Da parte sua, il premier Ludovic Orban ha dichiarato che il PNL è sia il vincitore morale che quello finale, una volta completato lo spoglio delle schede elettorali. Gli exit poll presentati alle 21.00, che comportano anche un margine di errore, non tengono in considerazione anche i voti espressi un’ora e mezzo prima della chiusura delle urne e neanche quelli dei romeni all’estero.

L’esito delle elezioni indica che non si potrà fare riforma in Romania senza USR-PLUS, ha detto, a sua volta, il copresidente dell’Alleanza, Dan Barna. L’altro copresidente, Dacian Cioloş, ha spiegato che l’Alleanza USR-PLUS è preparata a svolgere negoziati per la formazione del governo, escludendo una collaborazione con il PSD.

I romeni sono stati chiamati a eleggere 136 senatori e 329 de deputati. I connazionali all’estero saranno rappresentati da quattro deputati e due senatori. Le elezioni si sono svolte svolgono nel rispetto delle misure speciali di protezione stabilite dalle autorità nel contesto della pandemia di coronavirus.

Elections update — The Social Democratic Party – PSD is likely to have won Sunday’s parliamentary elections in Romania. According to an exit poll published at 9 p.m. local time, PSD obtained around 30.5% of the votes. The National Liberal Party got almost 29% followed by the Alliance Save Romania Union-PLUS (USR-PLUS) with almost 16%. Other parties that might enter Parliament are UDMR — the Democratic Union of Ethnic Hungarians in Romania, Pro Romania and PMP People’s Movement Party, all credited with 5% of the votes. A surprise in these elections is the possible entry in Parliament of the Alliance for Romanians’ Union AUR. Voter turnout was almost 32%. The PSD president Marcel Ciolacu said that through Sunday’s vote Romanians showed that change was needed and sanctioned the way the governing Liberals managed the pandemic. In turn, the PM Ludovic Orban says that the Liberal Party is both the moral and real winner. His statement is based on the fact that exit polls do not include the votes cast in the last 90 minutes of the voting interval nor those cast in the Diaspora, let alone the error margin. The result of the parliamentary elections shows that ‘reform in Romania cannot be achieved without the alliance USR-PLUS’ said Sunday evening the alliance co-president Dan Barna. The other co-president Dacian Ciolos said USR-PLUS was ready to start negotiations for setting up the government, but ruled out any collaboration with PSD. 136 senator and 329 deputy seats were up for election, including 4 deputies and 2 senators representing the Romanian Diaspora. The members of the future Parliament were voted on party lists, based on the proportional representation system.

06.12.2020 – Flash élections parlementaires

Exit-poll – Fin du vote au scrutin parlementaire de Roumanie.
A 21h, heure de Bucarest, les exit-polls donnaient pour gagnant le Parti Social Démocrate (PSD), avec environ 30%
des voix, suivi de très près par le Parti National Libéral (PNL), avec 29%. En 3e position
l’on retrouvait l’alliance entre l’Union Sauvez la Roumanie (USR) et le parti
PLUS, avec près de 16%. Les autres partis qui ont franchi le seuil de 5% et auront
des représentants au Parlement de Bucarest sont : l’Union Démocrate
Magyare de Roumanie (UDMR), Pro Romania (de l’ancien premier ministre Victor
Ponta) et le Parti du Mouvement Populaire (PMP, de l’ancien président Traian
Basescu). Une surprise est l’accès au futur législatif d’un nouveau parti
appelé l’Alliance pour l’Union des Roumains (AUR). Ces résultats ne prennent pourtant
pas en compte les votes exprimés 1 heure et demie avant la fermeture de
bureaux, ni le vote des Roumains de l’étranger. En même temps, la présence aux
urnes a été extrêmement faible à travers le pays, approchant les 32% de l’électorat.

Réactions – A Bucarest, le chef du PSD, Marcel Ciolacu a
déclaré que par leur vote de ce dimanche, les Roumains ont montré qu’un changement
était nécessaire et qu’ils sanctionnaient la manière dont le libéraux,
actuellement à la gouvernance, ont géré la pandémie. A son tour, le premier
ministre et chef du PNL, Ludovic Orban, affirme que son parti est le gagnant
moral de ce scrutin et se dit persuadé qu’il sera le gagnant final de l’élection.
A son tour, co-président de l’alliance USR-PLUS, Dan Barna, estime que ce
résultat montre qu’il n’est plus possible de réformer la Roumani sans l’alliance
URS-PLUS. L’autre co-président de cette alliance, Dacian Ciolos mentionne que
sa formation est prête pour des négociations en vue de la gouvernance, mais il
a exclu une éventuelle collaboration avec le PSD.

Election – Plus de 18 millions d’électeurs roumains étaient attendus dimanche aux urnes, dans les quelque 18.000 bureaux de vote ouverts à travers la Roumanie, pour élire les nouveau Parlement du pays. Les électeurs de la diaspora ont eu à leur disposition deux jours pour voter. Ils étaient plus de 740 000, dont plus de 39 000 avaient choisi de voter par correspondance. Le ministère des affaires étrangères de Bucarest a ouvert 748 bureaux de vote à l’extérieur des frontières roumaines, il a aussi mis à la disposition de l’électorat roumain de l’étranger une carte interactive des bureaux de vote et un centre d’appel. En Roumanie, les personnes habitant dans des zones confinées ont pu se rendre aux bureaux de vote sans se munir d’une attestation de déplacement dérogatoire. Tous les électeurs ont été tenus de respecter les mesures de protection spéciales, établies par les autorités dans le contexte de la pandémie de coronavirus. Les candidats, élus au scrutin de liste proportionnel, briguent 329 mandats de députés et 136 de sénateurs.

UPDATE Alegeri prezidențiale: rezultate exit-poll!

Prezența la vot la nivel național până la ora 21.00 a fost de 52,31%,conform datelor centralizate de Biroul Electoral Central. La secțiile din străinătate, peste 120.000 de alegători au votat duminică până la ora 19.00, a anunțat BEC.

Social-democratul Victor Ponta, actualul premier al României, și Klaus Iohannis, candidatul Alianței Creștin-Liberale se vor întâlni în al doilea tur al alegerilor prezidențiale, conform sondajelor de opinie realizate la secțiile de votare (exit-poll). Astfel, conform sondajului comandat de televiziunea Realitatea, Victor Ponta a obținut 38,2% din voturi, în timp ce Klaus Iohannis a obținut 31%. Victor Ponta este primul clasat și în exit-poll-ul Digi TV cu 41,5%, în timp ce Kalus Iohannis are 31,2%.

Rezultatele exit-poll-urilor corespund centralizării sondajelor de la ora 19.00.

Declarații ale candidaților situați pe primele cinci poziții în sondajele de la urne:

Premierul Victor Ponta, candidatul alianței PSD-UNPR-PC, a făcut declarații la peste jumătate de oră de la anunțarea rezultatelor exit-poll-urilor: “Mulţumesc celor care au crezut ca e important să voteze. Îi rog pe cei ce au votat pentru mine să îmi fie încă o dată alături în 16 noiembrie, pentru că atunci putem într-adevăr să pornim pe acest drum de care România are nevoie.”

Klaus Iohannis (ACL), candidat intrat în al doilea tur, a declarat: “Avem un rezultat foarte bun, care arată că se prod schimbarea. Vreau să mulţumesc românilor care şi-au folosit votul şi au votat, indiferent pentru cine au votat şi în special celor care au votat pentru mine.”

Monica Macovei (independent), unul dintre candidații cu șanse de a ocupa a treia poziție în tutul întâi al prezidențialelor: “Astăzi s-a născut al treilea pol în România. Fără baroni, fără finanțări murdare, am arătat că putem. Rezultatele de după numararea voturilor vor arata ca suntem și mai mulți. Am fi fost si mai multi daca ar fi votat toti românii din diaspora.”

Deși mai mulți candidați sunt situați de exit-poll-uri pe poziția a treia, Elena Udrea s-a grăbit să o asume: “Locul trei în acest moment este o ţintă, un obiectiv pe care mi l-am atins în ciuda unor atacuri greu de imaginat şi de mine. Este o victorie a unui partid care se doreşte a fi altceva în calsa politică şi mă bucur că am reuşit să rămânem a treia structură.”

Călin Popescu Tăriceanu (PLR), un alt candidat cu șanse la locul trei a spus: “Vreau să le mulțumesc celor care mi-au acordat încrederea. Mi-au acordat încrederea nu numai ca persoană, ci și-au pus speranțe și încredere în proiectul pe care l-am prezentat. Va trebui, după o consultare pe care o voi face la nivelul structurilor de conducere ale partidului, să luăm o hotărâre cum să votăm în turul doi.”

BUKAREST: Das linksgerichtete Wahlbündnis bestehend aus der Sozialdemokratischen Partei, der Nationalen Union für den Fortschritt Rumäniens und der Konservaitven Partei (PSD-UNPR-PC), das auch die Bukarester Regierungsmehrheit dominiert, hat bei der Europawahl am Sonntag in Rumänien die meisten Wählerstimmen erhalten. Je nach Exit Polls nach Schlie‎ßung der Wahlokale am Sonntag abend um 21 Uhr hat das Wahlbündnis PSD-UNPR-PC zwischen 41,5% und 43% der Stimmen erhalten. Es folgten die mitte-rechts gerichteten National-Liberale Partei (PNL) mit 13% – 16%, die Liberal-Demokratische Partei (PDL) mit 11,5% – 13%, die präsidentennahe Partei Volksbewegung (Miscarea Populara) mit 6% – 8%. Der in Bukarest mitregierende Verband der Ungarn in Rumänien (UDMR) kommt mit 6% – 7% auch ins Europäische Parlament. Der unabhängige Kandidat Mircea Diaconu erreichte 4% – 5%. Zwei Stunden vor Schlie‎ßung der Wahllokale hätten laut offiziellen Angaben 26,52% der wahlberechtigten Rumänen ihre Stimme abgegeben. Über 18 Millionen wahlberechtigte Rumänen waren am Sonntag an den Urnen erwartet worden, um ihre 32 Vertreter in dem Europäischen Parlament festzulegen.

KIEW: In der Ukraine hat der favorisierte Präsidentschaftskandidat Petro Poroschenko einer Nachwahlbefragung zufolge die Wahl bereits im ersten Durchgang gewonnen. Der Unternehmer kam auf fast 56 Prozent der Stimmen, wie aus der am Sonntagabend veröffentlichten Nachwahlbefragung hervorging. Damit wäre er bereits im ersten Durchgang zum neuen Staatschef der Ukraine gewählt. Im von prorussischen Separatisten kontrollierten Osten des Landes blieben viele Wahllokale geschlossen. Für die wohl wichtigste Volksabstimmung der ukrainischen Landesgeschichte sind 100.000 Polizisten und Freiwillige mobilisiert worden, au‎ßerdem kontrollierten 1200 internationale Wahlbeobachter den Urnengang. Mehr als 36 Millionen Wahlberechtigte wurden dazu aufgerufen, den Nachfolger des gestürzten prorussischen Präsidenten Viktor Janukowitsch zu bestimmen. Die Wahllokale schlio‎ßen um 19.00 Uhr MESZ.

BUKAREST: Der Rumänische Verband der Jüdischen Gemeinden hat seine Betroffenheit bezüglich des Anschlags von Samstagnachmittag, im Jüdischen Museum in Brüssel, geäu‎ßert. Diesen Anschlag stufte der besagte Verband als eine neue gewalttätige anti-jüdische Äu‎ßerung. In einer Mitteilung wird angegeben, dass es sich nicht um einen Einzellfall handelt. Beim besagten Anschlag, bei dem ein Mann das Feuer im Jüdischen Museum in Brüssel eröffnet hatte, wurden drei Menschen getötet. Eine vierte Person wurde schwer verletzt.

BUKAREST: Im gemeinsamen Plenum der Bukarester Abgeordnetenkammer und des Senats soll am Montag über den Misstrauensantrag der National-Liberalen Partei aus der Opposition debattiert und abgestimmt werden. Die Hauptvorwürfe gegen die Regierung des Sozial-Demokraten Victor Ponta beziehen sich auf die Nichtumsetzung der Ma‎ßnahmen zur Nichbesteuerung des wiederinvestierten Gewinns und zur Herabsetzung der Sozialbeiträge um 5%. Der besagte Misstrauensantrag wurde von 214 Senatoren und Abgeordneten unterschrieben. Um angenommen zu werden bedarf es der einfachen Mehrheit der Stimmen aller Parlamentarier, also 287.
