    Security Conference. Ukraine thanks Romania and the Republic of Moldova for their support and solidarity in its fight against the Russian aggression, the Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov said in Bucharest on Thursday, after the Trilateral Romania – Ukraine – Republic of Moldova, dedicated to security issues. Thursdays trilateral was a continuation of a meeting in the same format, but on energy security issues, organized in Odessa in 2022. The meeting in Bucharest was held in the context of the first Black Sea Security Conference organized by Romania and Ukraine under the aegis of the International Crimea Platform. The Black Sea region is essential for the collective defense of NATO, for European security and for prosperity, the Romanian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bogdan Aurescu said at the conference. He pleaded for a strategic commitment of the EU and NATO in the area and reiterated Romanias support for Ukraine. 250 representatives from 30 countries participated in the event, both physically and online.



    NATO. The Chair of the NATO Military Committee, Admiral Rob Bauer, is on a visit to Romania until Friday. His talks with the Romanian officials focus on the security situation in the Black Sea region, the allied deterrence missions and the defense of the Euro-Atlantic space, as well as the major training events of 2023. The NATO official talked with the Foreign Minister Bogdan Aurescu about the preparation of the summit in Vilnius due in July and the implementation of the decisions of the NATO summit in Madrid. At the Romanian Defense Ministry the NATO official had talks with the Defense Minister, Angel Tîlvăr, and the Chief of the General Staff, General Daniel Petrescu. Admiral Rob Bauers agenda in Romania also includes visits to the allied commands located in Bucharest (south) and Sibiu (center), to the NATO battle group deployed in the Cincu area (center) and to the Mihail Kogălniceanu Air Base (southeast).



    Alliance. Romania will join the Global Offshore Wind Alliance, which promotes the production and use of wind energy, under the aegis of the International Renewable Energy Agency. The Romanian government has approved the association with this Alliance, which aims to increase the share of renewable energy sources in the final consumption and to gradually abandon coal. According to a World Bank study, Romanias offshore wind potential in the Black Sea region is 76 GW. To become a member of this alliance, Romania must develop a national strategy regarding offshore wind energy, a government press release reads.



    RESS. On Thursday, the President of Romania, Klaus Iohannis, visited the Renewable Energy School of Skills (RESS) in Constanta, south-eastern Romania. The school organizes adult courses for technicians who work in the renewable energy industry, especially the wind and solar energy. RESS has trained, in 14 years, more than 10,000 trainees, from Romania and abroad, who are working in the renewable energy sector all over Europe. “We want to protect the environment, we want to fight climate change, we want to have as much energy as possible from renewable sources”, the head of state stressed.



    Government. All the ministries in Bucharest have submitted to the Government the plans to reduce budget expenses, the Government Spokesperson Dan Cărbunaru has announced. He also said that, at the next meeting of the cabinet, the saving package requested by the prime minister will be analyzed and the necessary decisions will be made. Early this week, Prime Minister Nicolae Ciucă asked all the ministers to urgently come up with proposals to reduce spending, given that, in the first quarter of this year, budget collection was below estimates. The Prime Minister gave assurances that there would be no layoffs, salary cuts or cuts in investments.



    Smart Diaspora. The Smart Diaspora 2023 international conference ended in Timişoara, western Romania, on Thursday. The event created a space for dialogue and collaboration between Romanian researchers, irrespective of where they live and work. The 4-day event included 38 workshops, with approximately 400 participants from the Diaspora, 550 from Romania and 300 from universities that are members of the Timișoara University Alliance. The workshops were organized on various topics, from education and psychology, to global economy, governance, smart cities, entrepreneurial culture, technological transfer, sustainable food, intercultural communication, Romanian language and literature studies, artificial intelligence, cyber security, migration and mobility. Smart Diaspora is part of a series of events included on the agenda of the Timisoara European Capital of Culture 2023.



    Business. The Serbia – Romania Business Forum was held in Belgrade on Thursday, hosted by the Serbian Economic Chamber. 31 Romanian companies from construction, IT, energy and transport participated, alongside 43 Serbian comanpies. In 2022, the value of trade exchanges between Serbia and Romania stood at 2.3 billion Euro. (MI)

    NATO – The Chair of the NATO Military Committee, Admiral Rob Bauer, is on a visit to Romania until Friday. His talks with the Romanian officials focus on the security situation in the Black Sea region, the allied deterrence missions and the defense of the Euro-Atlantic space, as well as the major training events of 2023.     Black Sea – Bucharest once again becomes the international capital of diplomacy as it hosts today the first Conference on the security of the Black Sea under the aegis of the International Crimea Platform and a new meeting of the Romania – Republic of Moldova — Ukraine Trilateral, said the Romanian Foreign Minister, Bogdan Aurescu. The conference is the first event dedicated to the Black Sea, co-organized by Romania and Ukraine. More than 250 delegates from more than 30 countries and international organizations will attend, along with guests who join the conference online. The discussions focus on the multidimensional impact of Russias war of aggression and on finding solutions to secure the Black Sea region. Issues related to information warfare and cyber attacks will also be addressed. In a press conference, the Romanian foreign minister reiterated that he condemned the war waged by the Russian Federation in Ukraine.



    Smart Diaspora – The Smart Diaspora 2023 international conference comes to an end today in Timişoara, in western Romania. It is an event that creates a space for dialogue and collaboration between Romanian researchers, irrespective of where they live and work. The 4-day event included 38 workshops, with approximately 400 participants from the Diaspora, 550 from Romania and 300 from universities that are members of the Timișoara University Alliance. He also launched the idea for researchers to propose five priority fields in the sciences, that should receive funding first. Smart Diaspora is part of a series of events included on the agenda of the Timisoara European Capital of Culture 2023.



    Inflation – In Romania, the annual inflation rate dropped to 14.53% in March, from 15.5% in February, as the prices of foodstuffs increased by 21.56%, of non-foods by 11.06%, and of services by 10.83%, show data provided by the National Institute of Statistics, published on Thursday. The National Bank of Romania expects the annual inflation rate to drop faster than previously anticipated, especially starting from the third quarter of the current year, against the backdrop of the extension of energy price capping and compensation schemes until March 31, 2025 and of the redefinition of their characteristics as of January 1, 2023.



    Visit – President Klaus Iohannis is visiting, today, the Renewable Energy School of Skills (RESS) – the International School of Competences in Renewable Energy from Constanta (south-east). At this school courses are taught for the training and retraining of adults, being dedicated to technicians working in the renewable energy industry, especially in the wind and photovoltaic solar energy fields. According to the Presidential Administration, acquiring skills for climate transition and international cooperation in relation to climate education are important objectives that are part of the President’s vision for a cleaner environment. RESS has trained more than 10,000 people in 14 years, and thousands of people from Romania and abroad attend the courses every year and end up working in the renewable energy sector all over Europe, shows the aforementioned source.

    Cercetarea, inovarea şi
    digitalizarea sunt principalele instrumente ale modelului de creştere economică
    a României asumat de Guvern, a declarat prim-ministrul Nicolae Ciucă la
    evenimentul de lansare a Conferinţei Smart diaspora – în învăţământ
    superior, ştiinţă, inovare şi antreprenoriat    . Premierul a subliniat că
    Executivul şi-a asumat reforme şi investiţii care vor transforma România în
    locul unde să îşi dorească să se întoarcă românii care studiază sau muncesc în
    străinătate. El a precizat că în diaspora sunt peste 4 milioane de români, buni
    profesionişti în domeniile în care îşi desfăşoară activitatea, care susţin
    economii importante ale ţărilor europene, fie angajaţi, fie derulând propriile
    afaceri.

    Ei sunt parte a naţiunii române şi îi aşteptăm să se întoarcă
    acasă atunci când vor considera de cuviinţă    , a spus Ciucă. Premierul a amintit şi de noua strategie pentru românii din diaspora,
    document aflat în lucru la Departamentul pentru Românii de Pretutindeni.

    Voi
    solicita ca în acest document să fie inclus ca punct distinct un mecanism de
    creare a unor punţi de comunicare permanentă cu comunităţile de români din
    afara graniţelor. (…) Românii, indiferent de unde au ales să trăiască şi să
    muncească, trebuie ajutaţi să cunoască evoluţia socială şi economică a ţării,
    iar implicarea lor în colaborarea cu comunităţile academice ştiinţifice şi din
    orice alt sector din România, în dezbaterile pe marile teme sociale, va aduce
    plus valoare proiectelor noastre şi un binevenit transfer de încredere    , a
    apreciat acesta.

    A 5-a ediţie a Conferinţei Smart diaspora – în
    învăţământ superior, ştiinţă, inovare şi antreprenoriat va avea loc la
    Timişoara, între 11 şi 13 aprilie 2023 şi are drept scop promovarea valorilor
    româneşti în lume şi cristalizarea unor relaţii strânse cu comunităţile de
    români din afara graniţelor.




    Festivalul
    de FIlm Astra, cel mai important festival de film documentar din România, va
    avea loc în Republica Moldova. Cu titlul Astra Film Chișinău, manifestarea se
    va desfăşura în perioada 11-13 noiembrie, la Muzeul Național de Artă al
    Moldovei și la Biblioteca Municipală Bogdan Petriceicu Hașdeu. Programul Astra
    Film Chișinău include o selecție a celor mai apreciate filme de la ediția din
    acest an, proiecția filmului-eveniment Transalpina – Drumul
    regilor, de Dumitru Budrala, precum și concertul Floare de
    Maidan, al Diviziei de tineret a Centrului Cultural Subcarpați.
    Evenimentul va avea și o componentă educațională: adolescenții vor avea ocazia să
    vadă filme venite direct din selecția Astra Film Junior și vor putea participa
    la ateliere de film. Astra Film Chișinău este finanțat de Departamentul pentru
    Relația cu Republica Moldova, din cadrul Guvernului României, şi de Institutul
    Cultural Român.




    Expoziția
    Kantaje. De la langue aux oreillesˮ a artistei Ștefania Becheanu este
    deschisă la galeria Institutului Român de Cultură și Cercetare Umanistică de la
    Veneția. Sunt expuse șase compoziții vizuale în limba franceză şi o instalaţie
    realizată în colaborare cu profesorul Giuseppe Sofo, cercetător de Limbi și
    traduceri franceze la Universitatea Ca’ Foscari din Venezia. Lucrarea este o
    cercetare-creație ale cărei etape succesive se desfășoară pe măsură ce
    proiectul avansează. Literele se deplasează din spațiul paginii către simeze,
    unde formează tablouri-peisaje. Ștefania Becheanu a absolvit Facultatea de Artă
    a Universității de Vest din Timișoara şi are un master la Şcoala Superioară de
    Artă Lorraine din Metz. A participat la expoziții colective și rezidențe de
    creație sonoră, dar și indisciplinare unde a combinat creația vizuală cu
    literatura, muzica și dansul. În prezent, trăiește și lucrează la Paris.
    Expoziția Kantaje poate fi vizitată până pe 18 noiembrie.

    Anca Poteraşu din Bucureşti și Jecza din Timişoara şi fotograful Patricia
    Moroșanu reprezintă România la a 25-a ediție a Târgului de fotografie Paris
    Photo, care are loc între 10 şi 13 noiembrie în capitala franceză. Galeria Anca
    Poteraşu, prezentă pentru a treia oară la acest eveniment, participă cu o expoziţie
    de grup realizată de artiştii Aurora Kiraly și Iosif Kiraly, iar Galeria Jecza
    participă cu lucrări ale artistului franco-român Mircea Cantor si ale grupului
    Sigma, curatoriate de Ami Barak. Artistul fotograf Patricia Moroșan este
    prezentă în secțiunea Polycopies a salonului cu ultimul său album, intitulat
    (I)Remember Europe. Proiectul conține imagini din Germania,
    Lituania, Polonia, Ucraina şi Slovacia. Paris Photo este unul dintre cele mai
    importante târguri de fotografie contemporană din lume şi atrage anual
    curatori, directori de muzee și instituții culturale din peste 20 de țări.

    Auf der Suche nach unterschiedlichen Arbeitsmöglichkeiten und nach einem zufriedenstellenden Lohn gehen immer mehr junge Rumänen ins Ausland studieren. Das Bildungsministerium hat keine offiziellen Daten, die inoffiziellen Statistiken der Institutionen, die Universitäts-Messen organisieren, zeigen aber, dass mehr als 50.000 junge Rumänen im Ausland studieren. Die beliebtesten Ziel-Länder sind dabei Gro‎ßbritannien, Frankreich, Deutschland, Dänemark und Holland. Das Bildungsangebot der Universitäten in diesen Ländern, die Verflechtung zwischen Theorie und Praxis und die Erweiterung der Kommunikations-Fähigkeiten locken die Studenten an.



    Vor fünf Jahren wurde die Liga der Rumänischen Studenten im Ausland (LSRS) gegründet. Sie stellt eine globale Vertretung aller im Ausland studierenden Rumänen dar. Sie bietet den rumänischen Studenten im Ausland Informationen an und hilft zugleich denjenigen, die zurück nach Hause wollen. Oana Franț, Vize-Vorsitzende der Liga der Rumänischen Studenten im Ausland erklärt:



    Wir haben bis jetzt zwei Studien durchgeführt, eine in 2010 und eine weitere in 2011, eine dritte Studie wird dieses Jahr folgen. Wir haben diese Studien durchgeführt, um zu erfahren, ob die rumänischen Studenten und Absolventen aus dem Ausland zurück nach Hause kehren möchten und warum sie das tun würden. Die Studie von 2011 zeigte, dass 30% zurückkommen möchten, 30% wünschen sich das nicht und der Rest von 40% war unentschieden. Sie würden für Familie und Freunde zurückkommen, aber die Mehrheit für die Chance eines Arbeitsplatzes, bei dem sie sich beruflich und persönlich entfalten könnten und reelle Berufsaufstiegsmöglichkeiten hätten. Sie wünschen sich, mit der geleisteten Arbeit zufrieden zu sein und auf ihr Studium aufbauen zu können.“




    Viele rumänische Studenten finden Arbeit im Land, in dem sie studieren, manche wollen aber zurück nach Hause. Die Rückkeher wünschen sich vor allem die Freiheit, das, was sie gelernt haben, in die Praxis umsetzen zu können. Der Berufsaufstieg ist ihnen ebenfalls wichtig. Deshalb hat die Liga der Rumänischen Studenten im Ausland letztes Jahr eine neue Strategie mit dem Namen Smart Diaspora“ eingeleitet. Diese soll die Rückkehr der rumänischen Absolventen aus dem Ausland vermitteln. Oana Franţ dazu:



    Smart ist die mehrdimensionale Strategie, die jungen Rumänen aus dem Ausland zurück in die Heimat zu locken. Es stellt einen Vorschlag von öffentlichen Politiken dar und hat als Ziel, das strategische Potential der jungen Rumänen, die an prestigevollen ausländischen Universitäten lernen, auszunutzen, um an der Wirtschaftsentwicklung Rumäniens beizutragen. Wir haben schon Ergebnisse erzielt, zwei Projekte. Durch das Projekt »Komm nach Hause« bringen wir die rumänischen Studenten und Absolventen aus dem Ausland mit Unternehmen aus Rumänien zusammen. Das zweite Projekt hei‎ßt »Smart internship« und ist ein Praktikums-Projekt in Ministerien, das den besten rumänischen Studenten aus aller Welt gewidmet ist. Im letzten Sommer wurden 17 solcher Praktika in den öffentlichen Institutionen in Rumänien abgeleistet. Es war ein Pilot-Projekt, alles verlief gut, und wir werden es auch dieses Jahr fortsetzen.“




    Etwa 200 rumänische Studenten aus allen Ecken der Welt haben sich im Rahmen der Gala der Liga der Rumänischen Auslands-Studenten um den Titel Rumänischer Student des Jahres im Ausland“ beworben. Die Gala wurde zum 5. Mal organisiert. 50 Finalisten wurden für die 8 Kategorien des Studenten-Wettbewerbs für das Jahr 2012-2013 ausgewählt.



    Sonia Coman ist 25 Jahre alt. Sie besitzt Abschlusszeugnisse in Kunst von wichtigen Universitäten der Welt. 2013 wurde sie zur besten rumänischen Studentin im Ausland gewählt.



    Ich verdanke meine Ausbildung sowohl amerikanischen Universitäten als auch rumänischen Schulen. Ich habe an der Harvard-Universität studiert und bin jetzt Doktorandin an der Columbia-Universität. In den rumänischen Schulen habe ich solide Kenntnisse errungen, ohne die ich mich nicht entfalten hätte können. Es ist eine Ehre, in guter Gesellschaft, mit so vielen wertvollen jungen Rumänen, die prämiert oder nominiert wurden, zu sein. Ich möchte den Verdienst der Liga der Rumänischen Studenten im Ausland für die Gründung und Entwicklung dieser Kontakt-Plattform hervorheben.“




    Luca Victor Ilieşiu studiert Physik an der Princeton-Universität. Er beschäftigt sich insbesondere mit Kosmologie und theoretischer Forschung. Dabei analysiert er die ursprünglichen Gegebenheiten in unserem Universum. Er wurde zum Student des Jahres in Nordamerika gewählt.



    Meiner Meinung nach ist die Liga der Rumänischen Studenten im Ausland eine der wenigen Organisationen, die die Frage ‚womit hilft uns Rumänien?‘ hinter sich hat. Sie antwortet, vielleicht zum ersten Mal, auf die Frage ‚womit können wir Rumänien helfen?‘. Ich habe mich auch gefragt, welche meine Rolle ist, und habe mir ein Ziel gesetzt. Ich möchte an der Gründung des ersten Instituts für fortgeschrittene Studien in Rumänien beitragen, so wie er in Princeton, New Jersey, zu finden ist. Hier sollten alle theoretischen Wissenschaften in Wechselwirkung zueinander treten.“




    Cristina Gavrilă ist eine weitere junge Person mit einer interessanten Geschichte:



    Gleich nach dem Abitur-Abschluss wollte ich im Ausland studieren, um einen Zugang zu einem internationalen Umfeld zu haben. Ich dachte, da gebe es mehrere Herausforderungen als in Rumänien. Ich habe an der Aarhus Universität in der zweitgrö‎ßten dänischen Stadt Marketing und Kommunikations-Management studiert. Ich bin jedoch nach drei Jahren in Dänemark und einem Semester in Singapur nach Rumänien zurückgekommen. Zu Hause habe ich mich beruflich selbst wiedergefunden, besser als in Dänemark. Ich glaube, das war die beste Entscheidung, weil ich das Leben in Bukarest sehr genie‎ße. Ich arbeite in einer internationalen Organisation und sto‎ße auf immer mehr Rumänen, die eine Weile in anderen Ländern beruflich aktiv waren und dann wieder nach Rumänien zurück gekommen sind.“




    Die höchsten Studiengebühren sind in England und Holland zu entrichten. Hier können jedoch die Studenten Studium-Kredite von der Regierung bekommen, die sie dann nach Beginn der Arbeit zurückzahlen müssen. In Dänemark und Schweden ist das Studium frei von Kosten.

    Attirés par différentes possibilités d’embauche, mais aussi par un salaire intéressant, de plus en plus de Roumains partent étudier à l’étranger. Le ministère de l’Education ne dispose pas d’un chiffre officiel du nombre de Roumains que ce phénomène touche, mais les statistiques non officielles des organisateurs de foires aux universités font état de 50.000. Les principales destinations pour les jeunes roumains sont le Royaume Uni, la France, l’Allemagne, le Danemark ou les Pays-Bas.



    L’offre éducationnelle de ces universités, le dosage entre théorie et pratique, le développement des capacités de communication ne sont que quelques-unes des raisons qui font pencher la balance en faveur des études à l’étranger. Les frais les plus élevés sont au Royaume Uni et aux Pays Bas, mais les étudiants peuvent avoir accès à des bourses auprès des gouvernements de ces Etats, qu’ils peuvent restituer après avoir trouvé un emploi. Le Danemark et la Suède sont des pays où l’enseignement est gratuit.



    Voici cinq ans, était fondée la Ligue des étudiants roumains de l’étranger (LSRS). Elle fonctionne en tant que bureau de représentation globale pour tous ceux qui font des études à l’étranger, fournit des informations à quiconque souhaite étudier en dehors des frontières nationales, mais aide, en même temps, ceux qui souhaitent rentrer, nous dit Ioana Franţ, vice présidente relations extérieures : « Nous avons mené deux études jusqu’ici, l’une en 2010 et une autre en 2011, et nous réaliserons la troisième cette année. Nous les avons élaborées surtout pour vérifier si les étudiants et diplômés roumains ayant fait des études à l’étranger souhaitent revenir au pays et pourquoi. Les résultats 2011 ont indiqué que 30% voudraient rentrer, 30% ne le souhaitent pas et 40% sont indécis. Ils reviendraient au pays pour leur famille et leurs amis, et la plupart aussi pour l’opportunité d’un emploi qui leur permette un développement professionnel et personnel, avec des chances réelles d’avancer dans leur carrière. Ils veulent trouver satisfaction dans leur travail et mettre en valeur leurs études ».



    Même si beaucoup de Roumains trouvent un emploi dans le pays où ils étudient, d’autres préfèrent rentrer et le trouver en Roumanie. Plus qu’un emploi rémunérateur, ils souhaiteraient avoir la liberté de mettre en œuvre ce qu’ils ont appris et la chance d’avancer dans leur carrière. A cet effet, la Ligue des étudiants roumains de l’étranger a lancé, l’année dernière, une nouvelle stratégie intitulée « Smart Diaspora », la diaspora intelligente, censée faciliter le retour au pays des diplômés à l’étranger. Oana Franţ : « Smart, c’est la stratégie pluridimensionnelle pour attirer les jeunes roumains de la diaspora. C’est une proposition de politiques publiques et elle vise à mettre en valeur le potentiel stratégique des jeunes roumains qui étudient à des universités étrangères de prestige pour contribuer au développement économique de la Roumanie. Nous avons déjà deux résultats, dans deux projets. Le projet « Hai acasă » (Rentre au pays), par lequel nous facilitons les relations entre les étudiants et les diplômés roumains de l’étranger et les compagnies de Roumanie. Le deuxième projet s’appelle « Smart Internship » et c’est un projet de stage pratique dans des ministères, qui s’adresse aux meilleurs étudiants roumains du monde. L’été dernier, nous avons eu 17 stages de ce type dans les institutions publiques de Roumanie. C’était un projet pilote, tout s’est très bien passé et nous le poursuivrons cette année aussi ».



    Environ 200 étudiants roumains de tous les coins du monde sont entrés en compétition, au début de l’année, pour le titre d’Etudiant roumain de l’année à l’étranger au Gala organisé par la Ligue, qui en est déjà à sa 5e édition. 50 finalistes ont été sélectionnés dans les 8 catégories de la compétition estudiantine pour l’année universitaire 2012-2013.



    A ses 25 ans, Sorina Coman a décroché des diplômes d’art aux grandes universités du monde ; elle a des centaines de peintures, des poésies et des expositions personnelles et un grand amour pour le Japon. Elle a été désignée meilleure étudiante roumaine de l’étranger pour l’année 2013 : « Mon éducation appartient tant à l’école américaine, aux universités de Harvard où j’ai passé ma maîtrise et Columbia où je suis à présent doctorante, qu’à l’école roumaine, grâce à laquelle j’ai acquis une base solide de connaissances sans lesquelles je n’aurais pas pu progresser. Je suis honorée de me trouver en compagnie de tant de jeunes roumains de valeur qui auraient pu être primés ou nominés. Je souhaite mettre en exergue le mérite de la Ligue des étudiants roumains de l’étranger pour la création et le développement de cette plate-forme de relations. »



    Luca Victor Ilieşiu étudie la physique à l’Université de Princeton, où il se concentre sur la cosmologie et travaille dans la recherche théorique, analysant des modèles pour les conditions primordiales de notre univers. Il a été désigné Etudiant de l’année en Amérique du Nord, au niveau post universitaire : « Je pense que la Ligue est une des organisations peu nombreuses à avoir dépassé la question : en quoi la Roumanie nous aide-t-elle, et qui réussit à répondre — peut-être bien pour la première fois — à la question : comment pourrions-nous aider la Roumanie ? Moi aussi, je me suis demandé quel était mon rôle et j’ai assumé un but. Construire le premier Institut d’études avancées de Roumanie, similaire à celui de Princeton New Jersey qui est déjà consacré, et sous l’égide duquel toutes les sciences théoriques peuvent collaborer ».



    Cristina Gavrilă est une autre jeune avec une histoire de vie intéressante : « Après avoir terminé le lycée, j’ai vraiment voulu étudier à l’étranger parce que cela donne accès à un environnement beaucoup plus international. Je trouvais qu’il y avait beaucoup plus de défis à relever qu’en Roumanie, et j’ai choisi d’étudier le marketing et la gestion de la communication à l’Université de la deuxième ville du Danemark, Aarhus. Je suis pourtant rentrée en Roumanie, après trois années d’études au Danemark et un semestre à Singapour. Je suis revenue parce que je sentais de nouveau le besoin de changer, et point de vue professionnel, je me retrouve mieux ici, au pays, qu’au Danemark. Je pense que c’était la meilleure décision parce que j’aime beaucoup la vie à Bucarest. Je travaille dans une organisation internationale et je rencontre de plus en plus de Roumains – tant dans mon environnement de travail que dans les organisations où je suis active -, des Roumains qui ont décidé de rentrer au pays après avoir eu des expériences professionnelles dans d’autres pays ».
