    Radio Romania International (RRI) is a part of SRR, a public service, and runs its activities as per Law 41/1994, republished, with subsequent modifications and additions, and the Law of the Audiovisual 504/2002, with subsequent modifications and additions.


    The purpose of www.rri.ro is to enable users to access journalistic information and content about or related to Romania, its domestic and foreign policy, about RRI, as well as to form an on-line community around the international channel of the public radio broadcasting system in Romania.



    Any use of this Website or its services shall be considered as full acceptance of the present terms and conditions.


    RRI reserves the right to modify this document at any moment and in any way. The modifications come into effect at the moment of posting, which is why we invite you to regularly review the terms and conditions.     Ce site (appelé dans ce qui suit le Site) est disponible pour le public à l’adresse http://www.rri.roet il appartient à la Société roumaine de Radiodiffusion (SRR), sise Strada General Berthelot 60 — 64, sector 1, Bucarest, Roumanie.



    Radio Roumanie Internationale (RRI) fait partie de la SRR — service public — et son activité a lieu dans les limites de la Loi n° 41/1994 rééditée, modifiée et complétée ultérieurement, et de celle de la Loi de l’audiovisuel, n° 504/2002, modifiée et complétée ultérieurement.

Par les contenus que vous expédiez vers le site de RRI, vous acceptez d’accorder à RRI le droit d’utiliser, reproduire, publier, adapter, traduire et mettre à la disposition du public ces contenus.



    Les usagers de www.rri.rosont d’accord, sur demande de la SRR/RRI, d’exonérer de responsabilité www.rri.roet la SRR/RRIpour toute action judiciaire/extrajudiciaire et de couvrir les frais de jugement et tous les autres frais pouvant apparaître suite à la violation par les usagers respectifs des clauses du présent document.



    Les données personnelles sont fournies par les utilisateurs au moment de la participation à des campagnes ou des questionnaires organisés par www.rri.ro, de l’utilisation des formulaires de feedback ou par leur inscription au service de newsletter.



    Pour utiliser les services offerts par www.rri.rovous vous obligez à fournir et à mettre à jour, si nécessaire, des données vraies, exactes et complètes sur vous-mêmes, selon le/les formulaire(s) d’enregistrement ; si vous fournissez des informations ne correspondant pas à la réalité, inexactes ou incomplètes, RRI a le droit de suspendre/supprimer votre compte et de refuser votre accès sur le Site. Si vous utilisez un autre nom ou une adresse électronique qui ne vous appartient pas, l’enregistrement sera effacé, l’accès — bloqué et dans le cas de dommages provoqués aux membres de la communauté, à RRI/à la SRR ou au Site, les données seront fournies à la Police et aux organes d’enquête. Les utilisateurs du Site ne prendront aucune information sur nul autre usager du Site.



    En vertu de la loi n° 677/2001 portant protection des personnes au sujet du traitement des données à caractère personnel et la libre circulation de ces données, modifiée et complétée, ainsi qu’en vertu de la loi n° 506/2004 portant traitement des données à caractère personnel et protection de la vie privée dans le domaine des communications électroniques, www.rri.rova gérer les données fournies par les usagers uniquement dans des conditions de sécurité et seulement à des fins bien définies. RRI prendra les mesures techniques appropriées pour protéger vos données personnelles contre la destruction accidentelle ou illégale, la perte, la modification, la révélation ou l’accès non autorisé.



    En vertu de la loi n° 677/2001, vous bénéficiez du droit d’accès, d’intervention sur les données, le droit de ne pas être soumis à une décision individuelle et le droit de vous adresser à la justice. Vous avez en même temps le droit de vous opposer au traitement des données personnelles vous concernant et demander l’effacement de ces données. Si vous souhaitez que vos données personnelles ne soient pas collectées, il est préférable de ne pas nous les envoyer.

    Le Site www.rri.routilise Google Analytics, un service d’analyse web fourni par Google. Google Analytics utilise des « cookies », fichiers texte placés sur votre ordinateur, pour aider le Site à analyser la manière dont les usagers l’utilisent. Les informations générées par le cookie au sujet de votre utilisation du Site (votre adresse IP comprise) seront envoyées et stockées par Google sur des serveurs des Etats Unis et seront utilisées afin d’évaluer l’usage que vous faites du Site, pour dresser les rapports de recherche du Site pour les opérateurs de site et fournir d’autres services liés à l’activité et à l’usage d’Internet sur www.rri.ro.
