    Le voyage se poursuit


    Depuis le début du mois davril, les notions de géographie, météorologie, astronomie et biologie sont plus accessibles au grand public, grâce au Planétarium ouvert dans lenceinte du Zoo de Braşov. Pour cet endroit, 2018 a été une année des premières : une Antarctique en miniature y a été créée à lintention des pingouins et des phoques, pour lesquels de nouveaux abris ont été construits ; les travaux de construction dabris pour les tamarins, les marmosets et les oiseaux exotiques, ainsi que dune maison des insectes ont également démarré. Des projets ont été imaginés pour lenclos destiné aux premiers zèbres de Braşov et pour labri des suricates ; des travaux daménagement de la maison des singes ont également été entamés.



    Pourtant, linitiative la plus importante reste la création du plus grand planétarium de Roumanie. Alin Pînzaru, directeur du Zoo de Brașov, nous en parle : « Cest un de nos plus gros investissements. Il sagit du plus grand planétarium de Roumanie, pour ce qui est du nombre de places et de la dimension de sa coupole, et le plus moderne aussi. Il a 107 places, dont deux sont destinées aux personnes handicapées. »



    Pourquoi un planétarium dans un zoo? Alin Pînzaru: « Cest une idée qui a pris contour en 2012, lorsque nous avons démarré les travaux de modernisation du zoo. Cest que lactivité dun planétarium peut très bien sharmoniser avec celle dun parc zoologique, vu que nous pouvons proposer des spectacles destinés aux enfants, concernant les plantes, les animaux et développer le côté éducatif de notre activité. »



    Au programme du planétarium figurent des documentaires sur la géographie, la météorologie, lastronomie ou la biologie. Ces spectacles de 30 ou 40 minutes permettent aux visiteurs de voyager dans les endroits les plus reculés de la Terre, sur toutes les planètes de la galaxie, ils peuvent voir des animations qui les aident à mieux comprendre différentes notions. « Nous envisageons dacheter plusieurs types de spectacles, dont certains destinés aux tout petits – âgés de 4 à 6 ans, car la plupart des planétariums accueillent surtout des enfants de plus de 6 ans. Nous souhaitons pourtant offrir aussi des spectacles aux enfants des maternelles. On peut organiser des cours dastronomie, des cours interactifs, pour apprendre aux tout petits des choses intéressantes sur lespace, sur les planètes etc. Lendroit peut également être loué par des compagnies qui souhaitent lancer leurs produits. Le planétarium peut accueillir de nombreux événements. »



    Grâce au planétarium, les visiteurs du zoo de Braşov pourront y passer toute une journée à apprendre de nouvelles choses et à se promener. Lendroit leur réserve de nombreuses surprises. Alin Pînzaru : « Souvent, les gens ne savent pas exactement ce quest un planétarium. Je vous assure que lon y vit une expérience extraordinaire. Imaginez une coupole à 360°, disposant dune plateforme simulant linclinaison terrestre, sous un angle de 23°5. Le planétarium est doté déquipements très performants. Être entouré dimages et de contenu multimédia vous donne une sensation inouïe dimmersion et de participation à ce qui se déroule sous vos yeux. »

    Größtes Planetarium Rumäniens in Kronstadt eröffnet

    Die Besucher des Zoologischen Gartens in Kronstadt (rum. Braşov) haben ab April die Möglichkeit, mehr über Erdkunde, Wetterprognosen, Astronomie oder Biologie über einen zugänglicheren Weg zu erfahren. Denn im April soll das im Kronstädter Zoo gebaute Planetarium seine Tore öffnen. 2018 war ein Jahr der Premieren für den Zoo in Kronstadt. Zunächst wurde eine Antarktika im Kleinformat in der Stadt eröffnet — mit all dem Drum und Dran: mit Pinguinen und Seehunden, für die auch entsprechende Heime gebaut wurden. Danach begannen die Arbeiten an den für Tamarinde und Marmosetten geeigneten Unterkünfte. Darüber hinaus soll ein Schutzraum für exotische Vögel eingerichtet und ein Insektenhaus gebaut werden. Au‎ßerdem wurde ein Gehege gebaut für die ersten Zebras, die nach Kronstadt gebracht werden sollen. Auch das Haus für Erdmännchen und der Affenkäfig wurden entsprechend hergerichtet. Die Top-Initiative des Zoologischen Gartens ist allerdings die Gründung des grö‎ßten Planetariums landesweit. Mehr Einzelheiten dazu lieferte uns Alin Pînzaru, der Leiter des Zoologischen Gartens in Kronstadt:



    Das Planetarium ist unsere grö‎ßte Investition. Es soll das grö‎ßte und modernste Planetarium in Rumänien werden, sowohl im Hinblick auf die zulässige Besucherzahl wie auch in Bezug auf die Grö‎ße der Kuppel. Auf der Kuppel sollen nämlich besondere Videoaufnahmen projiziert werden. Die Plattform ist etwa 15 qm gro‎ß. Das Planetarium hat 107 Plätze. Zwei davon wurden gezielt für behinderte Personen ausgestattet. Es ist ein modernes Bauwerk, das europäischen Standards entspricht.“




    Wieso ein Planetarium innerhalb eines zoologischen Gartens untergebracht wurde, erläuterte ebenfalls Alin Pînzaru:



    Wir spielen mit dem Gedanken schon seit vielen Jahren. Das erste Mal dachten wir daran, als wir die Modernisierung des Zoos starteten, also 2012. Die Tätigkeit des Planetariums geht Hand in Hand mit der des Zoos. Es ist eine Ausbildungsma‎ßnahme — wir bieten Filmprojektionen an, die Kinder erfahren mehr über die Natur, die sowohl Planeten wie auch die Tier- und Pflanzenwelt umfasst.“




    Die im Planetarium vorgestellten Filme bringen vielfältige Themen in den Vordergrund und erforschen mehrere Gebiete, unter anderem Erdkunde, Meteorologie, Astronomie oder Biologie. Die Dokumentarfilme dauern etwa 30–40 Minuten. Sie bieten den Zuschauern die Möglichkeit, entfernte Orte zu besuchen oder ins Weltall zu reisen. Darüber hinaus können sich die Zuschauer Animationen anschauen, die ihnen verschiedene wissenschaftliche Begriffe und Konzepte erläutern, so der Leiter des Zoos:



    Unsere Dokumentarfilme werden gezielt unterschiedliche Altersgruppen ansprechen. Wir werden sogar für Kinder im Vorschulalter einige Filme vorbereiten. Und selbstverständlich können wir auf Anfrage auch Astronomie-Unterricht anbieten. Es können offene, interaktive Unterrichtsstunden veranstaltet werden. Bei dieser Gelegenheit können die Kinder mehr über das Weltall, die Planeten usw. erfahren. Darüber hinaus bieten wir den Unternehmen die Möglichkeit, den Raum zu mieten — für Produktlancierungen zum Beispiel. Es ist ein guter Standort, und es lohnt sich, sein Potenzial auszuschöpfen.“




    Je nach Interesse können die Besucher des Zoologischen Gartens in Kronstadt derzeit sogar einen ganzen Tag hier verbringen. Versuchungen gibt es auf jeden Fall auf Schritt und Tritt. Das verspricht zumindest der Leiter des Zoos, Alin Pînzaru. Nichtsdestotrotz enthüllte er uns nur wenige Informationen zum Planetarium und zu den Öffnungszeiten, um die künftigen Überraschungen nicht zu verderben. Und um die Spannung zu erhöhen, fügte er noch Folgendes hinzu:



    Viele Leute verstehen nicht genau, was ein Planetarium an sich hat. Ich versichere Ihnen, es ist eine unglaubliche Erfahrung. Das audio-visuelle Erlebnis wird dabei neu definiert. Stellen Sie sich eine geneigte Kuppel vor und eine Plattform, die die Erdneigung um 23,5 Grad simuliert. Die Bewegung erweckt den Eindruck des Eintauchens und der unmittelbaren Teilnahme. Es ist eine wunderbare multimediale Erfahrung. Auch auditiv werden unglaubliche Eindrücke erweckt. Wir verfügen nämlich über ein hochmodernes Audiosystem mit sieben Kanälen. Eine atemberaubende Erfahrung!“

    Concepts of
    geography, meteorology, biology and astronomy will be shared to the general
    public in a much friendlier way as of April, thanks to the opening of the
    Planetarium of the Brasov Zoo. In fact, 2018 was a year of novelties at the
    Brasov Zoo. After creating a small Antarctic in the town, complete with
    penguins and seals for which adequate shelters have been built, works also
    started for the construction of special buildings to host tamarins, marmosets,
    exotic birds and insects.






    Plans are also
    afoot for the building of meerkat shelters and of a new home for the monkeys in
    the zoo. But the most spectacular initiative is the establishment of the
    largest planetarium in Romania. The director of the Brasov Zoo, Alin Pinzaru,
    tells us more about it.




    Alin Pinzaru: One of our largest investments is in the new planetarium theatre. It
    is the most up-to-date and the largest in the country, both in terms of the
    number of seats, and of the size of the dome on which special shows will be
    screened. The platform is around 15 m in surface area, and it can seat 107
    people, including 2 persons with disabilities. It is a state-of-the-art
    planetarium, built in line with European standards.






    But why a
    planetarium theatre at the zoo? Alin Pinzaru explains:


    Alin Pinzaru: The idea dates years back, when we started to upgrade the zoo, in
    2012. We thought a planetarium would complement the general activity of our
    zoo, given that we could organize special projects for children, focusing on
    animals and plants, and the educational element of our activity could be
    greatly extended.






    The planetarium
    will host film screenings on various topics, from geography to meteorology and
    from astronomy to biology. By means of 30-40-minute long screenings, visitors
    will be able to travel to the most distant places on Earth, to all the planets
    in the galaxy, while video animations will help them better understand various
    scientific concepts, the head of the Brasov Zoo also told us.






    Alin Pinzaru: We consider procuring several types of videos devoted to children,
    particularly the 4-6 year olds. This will be particularly interesting
    considering that most planetariums usually address kids over 6 years of age. We
    want to be able to provide programmes for younger ones as well, for
    kindergarten kids. Obviously, we will also have astronomy classes, which will
    be open and interactive, enabling the little ones to find out more about the
    outer space, about planets and so on. In addition, various companies which want
    to launch products will be able to rent the facility for their events. So the
    project has great potential.






    With this new facility
    in place, visitors will be able to spend an entire day at the Brasov Zoo,
    depending on how interested they are in finding out new things, but also in
    spending a relaxing day outdoors. And this is because, as Alin Pinzaru promised
    us, there are countless surprises waiting for us at every turn. And although he
    did not give us too many details, so he would not spoil the surprise, he added
    just a few more things, to make sure people are interested enough to visit the
    place.






    Alin Pinzaru: A lot of people are not very sure what a planetarium is about,
    exactly. I can assure you that it is an amazing experience, which redefines
    audio-visual sensory perception. Imagine a tilted 360-degree dome, with a
    platform replicating the 23.5 degree tilt of the Earth’s axis. It gives a
    dramatically immersive feeling of floating in outer space, an unbelievable
    experience. The quality of the sound system is also outstanding, we have a
    state-of-the-art 7.1 channel system. Being surrounded by images and multimedia
    content is definitely a wonderful experience.






    And since the beginning
    of spring encourages us to spend as much time as possible outdoors, a day at
    the Brasov Zoo and Planetarium will definitely be for a memorable experience.
