    The Romanian President, Klaus Iohannis, conveyed his New Year message to all Romanians. He wished them a new year 2016 with much happiness, accomplishments and higher aspirations. In a Facebook post President Iohannis talked about the changes for the better that are expected in Romania and urged Romanians to make good use of all opportunities in order to make the country progress. Also in a Facebook post the Romanian PM Dacian Cioloş wished Romanians a good and beautiful new year 2016.




    The Romanian PM Dacian Cioloş will pay an official visit to Berlin on January 7, during which he will meet with the German chancellor Angela Merkel, sources in Bucharest say. The two officials will talk, among other things, about strengthening bilateral relations and the migrants’ flow to Europe. High on the agenda of the Romanian PM’s visit to Berlin are also meetings with members of the Romanian community in Germany and with the representatives of the Romanian-German economic forum. The delegation that will accompany the Romanian PM to Berlin also includes the Foreign Minister, Lazar Comanescu, Bucharest government sources report.




    The year 2016 starts in Romania with a number of tax cuts and also with increases, especially in the local taxes. Thus, the general VAT will drop from 24% to 20%, the VAT for water will be 9%, the tax on dividends will stand at 5% while taxes will be increased for buildings. The extra excise duty on fuels, of 7 eurocents per liter will remain valid for another year, although the first version of the Fiscal Code provided for its elimination as of January 1st 2016. A new taxation scheme for buildings is in place as of January 1st, under which taxes will increase significantly especially for the small companies whose head office is in a person’s home.



    The Netherlands took over, as of January 1st, the rotating presidency of the EU for the 12th time, in a very difficult period both for Europe and the world. Fighting terrorism, the migrants’ flow, and the situation in Syria are some of the challenges of the Dutch presidency, whose key role will be to act as a moderator for the 28 EU member states. The Dutch PM Mark Rutte has given assurances that the Dutch presidency of the EU will be pragmatic, focusing on the resolution of common issues, which can only be solved through cooperation.



    Romania has to pay 113 million euros in 2016 to the EU and the World Bank from the stand-by loan agreement concluded in 2009. The money accounts for interest rates and commissions. In 2015 Romania paid more than 1.83 billion euros to the IMF, the EU and the World Bank. Also in 2015 Bucharest paid off the loan contracted from the IMF. Between 2009–2015 the total sum reimbursed by Romania to the 3 financial institutions stood at 4.837 billion euros, shows the Romanian finance ministry. Romania has to pay by 2023 another 4.88 billion euros to the World Bank and the EU. The EU will receive 3.8 billion euros.



    The Romanian Foreign Ministry says that no Romanian citizen has been wounded in the fire produced in a hotel in the centre of Dubai. Also, according to the Foreign Ministry, Romania’s General Consulate in Dubai and the Romanian Embassy in Abu Dhabi have not received any request for consular assistance in relation to this case. At least 14 people were wounded in a blaze that ripped through 20 of the 36 floors of the luxury hotel, which is located near the highest tower of the world, Burj Khalifa (828 m) while thousands of people, among whom many tourists, were gathering to celebrate the new year.



    A free trade agreement between Ukraine and the EU came into force on Friday and, in parallel, an embargo was imposed by Russia as regards the Ukrainian products. The European Commission announced the agreement would contribute to the modernization of the Ukrainian economy. The Ukrainian government authorities announced the embargo imposed by Russia would result in losses estimated at 600 million dollars, accounting for the value of these trade exchanges. President Petro Porosenko, quoted by the BBC, announced that Russia is trying to economically “suffocate” Ukraine.

    Ministerul Afacerilor externe precizează că niciun român nu se află printre victimele incendiului din Dubai, produs în cursul zilei de 31 decembrie într-un hotel situat în centrul oraşului. Consulatul General al României la Dubai a luat in cel mai scurt timp legatura cu autoritatile locale în vederea verificării existentei cetăţenilor români. Totodată, MAE arată că la nivelul Consulatului General al României la Dubai şi al Ambasadei României la Abu Dhabi nu a fost primită nicio cerere de asistenţă consulară în legătură cu acest caz. Oficiul consular român continuă monitorizarea cazului, se află în legatură permanentă cu autorităţile locale competente, fiind pregătit să acorde asistenţă consulară, dacă situaţia o va impune, adaugă Ministerul de Externe.




    Guvernul a decis, de curand printr-o Ordonantă de Urgentă, prorogarea cu un an a unor termene prevăzute de Legea nr. 165/ 2013 privind măsurile pentru finalizarea procesului de restituire, în natură sau prin echivalent, a imobilelor preluate în mod abuziv în perioada regimului comunist în România. Potrivit actului normativ, se amână până la data de 1 ianuarie 2017 termenul până la care comisiile locale si judetene de fond funciar sau, după caz, Comisia de Fond Funciar a Municipiului Bucuresti au obligatia de a solutiona toate cererile de restituire, de a efectua punerile în posesie si de a elibera titlurile de proprietate.Initial, comisiile de fond funciar aveau obligatia să solutioneze cererile de retrocedare a terenurilor confiscate de regimul comunist până la 1 ianuarie 2016.




    Departamentul Politici pentru Relatia cu Românii de Pretutindeni a publicat pe 31 decembrie lista tuturor proiectelor finantate în anul 2015. Informatiile sunt disponibile pe site-ul Departamentului, la sectiunea Articole. Această măsură vine ca urmare a angajamentului asumat de ministrul delegat pentru relatiile cu românii de pretutindeni, Dan Stoenescu, de a transparentiza procedurile de acordare a fondurilor nerambursabile destinate păstrării si promovării identitătii românesti în afara granitelor.




    O aplicaţie pentru telefoanele mobile cu informaţii despre situaţia de la punctele de trecere a frontierei – timpi de aşteptare, rute ocolitoare, a fost lansată la finele lunii decembrie, se arata intr-un comunicat al Ministerului de Interne. Potrivit comunicatului citat, aplicaţia este funcţională şi poate fi accesată de pe orice calculator sau terminal mobil, smartphone sau tabletă, cu acces la internet. Aplicaţia foloseşte modulul de navigaţie furnizat de Google Maps putându-se configura traseul către un anumit punct de trecere a frontierei ce înregistrează valori de trafic scăzute. Timpii de aşteptare din punctele de frontieră sunt actualizaţi in permanenta, pe aplicaţie apărând astfel trasee de culoare verde — acolo unde timpii de aşteptare sunt de până în 20 de minute, de culoare galbenă — unde timpii sunt între 20 şi 60 de minute şi culoare roşie – unde timpii de aşteptare sunt de peste 60 de minute. Astfel, cei care folosesc aplicaţia pot avea reprezentarea celui mai bun traseu pentru a tranzita punctele de trecere a frontierei României, atât pe sensul de intrare, cât şi pe cel de ieşire din ţară.

    Tennis: Halep feiert Titel Nummer zehn

    Simona Halep blüht in der Hitze der Wüstenstaaten offenbar auf: Nachdem sie im letzten Jahr in Doha das bis dato wichtigste Turnier ihre Karriere gewonnen hatte, triumphierte sie am Wochenende erneut bei einer Veranstaltung aus der Kategorie Premier 5” – diesmal in Dubai. Damit kommt die 23-Jährige auf insgesamt 10 Turniersiege. Den ersten davon hatte sie 2013 auf den Sandplätzen von Nürnberg gefeiert.



    Im Endspiel von Dubai stand Halep mit der Tschechin Karolina Pliskova eine Spielerin gegenüber, gegen die sie bislang noch nie angetreten war. Die 22-Jährige erlebte 2014 ihren Durchbruch auf der Profitour der Damen. Die Hauptwaffen der 1,86 Meter gro‎ßen Pliskova: Ein starker Aufschlag und die sehr harten, flachen Vorhand-Schläge von der Grundlinie aus. Dem wirkte die Rumänin von Beginn an mit ihrer Intuition, der hervorragenden Beinarbeit und der makellosen Defensive entgegen. Und selbstverständlich auch mit der eigenen Aggresivität zum richtigen Zeitpunkt, vor allem mit ihrer Rückhand entlang den Linien.



    Weil Pliskova die Bälle stets ein wenig überhastet annimmt, variierte Halep geschickt die Länge und vor allem die Winkel ihrer Returns. Im ersten Satz rettete sie zweimal kaltblütig Breakbälle und holte ihrerseits das wichtige siebte Spiel gegen den Aufschlag der Tschechin. Das reichte zum 6:4 aus ihrer Sicht nach 41 Minuten. Doch im zweiten Satz sollte ein kleiner Marathon auf die Spielerinnen warten.



    Hier kam es zu nicht mehr und nicht weniger als acht Breaks, davon sechs in Folge in den letzten sechs Spielen der Partie. Zunächst lag Pliskova im Vorteil, beim Stande von 3:2. Danach bäumte sich die Rumänin auf und schlug beim 5:4 und später beim 6:5 aus ihrer Sicht für den Turniersieg auf. Jedesmal konnte die Tschechin aber ausgleichen. Zu dem Zeitpunkt hatte Halep bereits zwei Matchbälle vergeben. Am Ende wurde der zweite Satz im Tiebreak entschieden, auch hier lag die Rumänin mit 3:4 hinten, doch sie gewann die letzten vier Punkte in Folge und damit die Partie und das Turnier.



    Ich kann es nicht in Worte fassen, was ich gerade fühle“, stammelte Halep nach dem Turniersieg. Es ist ein bedeutender Sieg für mich und ein sehr wichtiger für meine Karriere“, so die flinke Rechtshänderin weiter.



    Mit dem Turniersieg kehrt die Rumänin an Weltranglistenposition 3 zurück. Für ihren ersten Sieg in Dubai bekommt die topgesetzte Spielerin umgerechnet rund 400.000 Euro.

    BUKAREST: Der bulgarische Staatspräsident, Rosen Plewneljew, hat in Bukarest erklärt, er wünscht sich eine Erweiterung der Kooperation mit Rumänien in allen möglichen Bereichen, damit die zwei Nachbarstaaten zusammen zum Motor der EU-Integration werden. Seinerseits sagte der rumänische Staatschef, Klaus Iohannis, eine bessere politische, geostrategische und wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit zwischen Rumänien und Bulgarien würde der Wirtschaft beider Länder zu Nutze kommen. Im Kontext der Sicherheits-Herausforderungen in der Region wäre das gemeinsame Ziel Rumäniens und Bulgariens die Konsolidierung der kollektiven Verteidigung im Rahmen der Nordatlantischen Allianz, so Iohannis. Die zwei Staatschefs waren sich einig darüber, dass der aktive und konstruktive Dialog mit den europäischen Partnern zum Thema Schengen-Beitritt fortgesetzt werden mu‎ß. Rumänien ist der drittgrö‎ßte Handelspartner Bulgariens innerhalb der Europäischen Union und der viertgrö‎ßte Partner weltweit.



    BUKAREST: Die Parteien der Regierungskoalition in Rumänien haben am Freitag über den Vorschlag des Staatspräsidenten Klaus Iohannis für den Chef des rumänischen Nachrichtendienstes SRI beraten. Iohannis hatte am Donnerstag abend den liberalen Europaabgeordneten Eduard Hellvig zum Direktor des Rumänischen Nachrichtendienstes SRI nominiert. Um in diesem Amt bestätigt zu werden, mu‎ß der nominierte Kandidat die Stimmenmehrheit des rumänischen Parlaments erhalten. Der Ministerpräsident und Vorsitzende der Sozialdemokratischen Partei, Victor Ponta, erklärte in diesem Zusammenhang, dass die Nominierung des Vizepräsidenten der oppositionellen National-Liberalen Partei, Eduard Hellvig, für die Führung des Nachrichtendienstes SRI, in den Parlamentsgruppen der Sozialdemokraten besprochen wird. Die mitregierende Nationale Union für den Fortschritt Rumäniens und die stärkte Oppositionskraft, die National-Liberale Partei, haben bekanntgegeben, den Vorschlag des Staatspräsidenten zu unterstützen. Die Konservative Partei, ebenfalls Teil der Regierungskoalition, ist noch zu keinem Schluss gekommen. Keine Vorbehalte äu‎ßerte die Partei der ungarischen Minderheit (UDMR). Das Parlament stimmt nächste Woche über den Vorschlag ab. Mehr dazu nach den Nachrichten.



    BUKAREST: Rumänien befindet sich auf Platz 3 in Europa in puncto Energie-Unabhängigkeit, liegt aber weit zurück hinsichtlich Enegieeffizienz. Rumänien hat auch Probleme mit der Wirksamkeit der Fernwärmesysteme, da in vielen Städten die Netze nicht modernisiert wurden. Zu diesem Schluss kamen Experten am Freitag auf einem Energieforum in Bukarest. Vor der Erarbeitung einer nationalen Strategie im Energiebereich sollte das Regierungskabinett den Energiebedarf der jeweiligen Stadtverwaltungen kennen, um die Entscheidungen an die Besonderheiten jeder Region anzupassen, meinten die Vertreter der Regulierungsbehörde im Energiesektor.     KIEW: Trotz Waffenstillstand ist es im Osten der Ukraine offenbar auch am Freitag erneut zu Gefechten zwischen Regierungstruppen und prorussischen Separatisten gekommen. Die Rebellen hätten nach offiziellen Angaben der Armee die Stellungen der Regierung mit Artillerie, Raketen und gepanzerten Fahrzeugen angegriffen. Die ukrainische Regierung warf Russland vor, am Freitag Panzer und Truppen in die Ostukraine geschickt zu haben. Auch die Separatisten beschuldigten die Regierungstruppen, die Waffenruhe zu verletzen. Die deutsche Bundeskanzlerin Angela Merkel und Frankreichs Präsident Francois Hollande forderten indessen bei einem Treffen in Paris die Einhaltung der letzte Woche in Minsk vereinbarten Waffenruhe.



    DUBAI: Die rumänische Tennisspielerin Simona Halep, Nummer vier der Weltrangliste hat am Freitag im Halbfinale des WTA-Turniers von Dubai gegen die Nummer 5, Caroline Wozniacki aus Dänemark in drei Sätzen 2-6, 6-1 und 6-1 gesiegt und somit den Einzug ins Finale geschafft. Sie trifft im Endspiel auf die Tschechin Karolina Pliskowa, Nummer 18 im WTA-Ranking.

    Fiscalité – Le gouvernement roumain a annoncé un allègement fiscal majeur qui devrait entrer en vigueur l’année prochaine. La réduction de la TVA, la baisse des contributions à la sécurité sociale et du taux d’imposition unique – ce sont quelques-unes des modifications qui figurent dans les nouveaux Codes Fiscal et de Procédure Fiscale. De même, l’Exécutif souhaite réduire les accises sur les carburants et l’alcool, éliminer les impôts sur les constructions et les dividendes et appliquer des taxes différentes aux micro-entreprises. De son côté, l’opposition libérale critique les intentions du gouvernement, estimant que cet allègement n’est pas crédible et qu’il faut repenser le système fiscal.

    Visite – Le chef de la diplomatie roumaine, Bogdan Aurescu, doit rencontrer aujourd’hui à Bucarest, son homologue bulgare, Daniel Mitov. Selon un communiqué du ministère roumain des Affaires Etrangères, les deux ministres se pencheront sur des thèmes liés aux relations bilatérales et à l’agenda européen. S’y ajoutent la coopération roumano-bulgare au sein de l’OTAN, la crise ukrainienne, le parcours européen de la République de Moldova, la sécurité énergétique et l’élargissement de l’UE.

    Fraude – Iulian Hertanu, le beau-frère du premier ministre roumain Victor Ponta a été mis en détention provisoire pour 30 jours dans un dossier de fraude aux fonds européens. Dans le même dossier, un homme d’affaires soupçonné d’appartenir à un groupe de crime organisé a été lui aussi placé en détention provisoire, alors qu’un ancien conseiller du département de Prahova fera l’objet d’une enquête sous contrôle judiciaire, aux côtés des députés Sebastian Ghita et Vlad Cosma, ainsi que du père de ce dernier, Mircea Cosma, président du Conseil départemental de Prahova. Mircea et Vlad Cosma sont sous enquête, entre autres, pour soutien à un groupe criminel organisé, tandis que Sebastian Ghita, patron d’une chaîne de télévision et proche du premier ministre Victor Ponta, pour abus d’influence et d’autorité en vue d’une prise illégale d’intérêts. Le préjudice est estimé à 1,7 millions d’euros environ auxquels s’ajoutent 555.000 euros provenant de l’évasion fiscale. Pour sa part, le premier ministre Victor Ponta a affirmé que le scandale dont faisait l’objet son beau-frère affectait son image.

    Tennis – La joueuse roumaine de tennis Simona Halep joue aujourd’hui contre la Russe Ekaterina Makarova, dans les quarts de finale du tournoi de Dubaï, après avoir vaincu mercredi la Bulgare Tzvetana Pironkova en deux sets 6 – 4, 6 – 3. Principale favorite du tournoi de Dubaï, Simona Halep a l’occasion de récupérer la défaite qu’elle a connue à l’Open d’Australie. Par ailleurs, dans la même compétition, au double, la Roumaine Monica Niculescu et la Russe Alexandra Panova doivent rencontrer ce jeudi, en quart de finale Timea Babos (de Hongrie) et Kristina Mladenovic (de France).

    Météo – Les températures sont légèrement à la hausse ce jeudi en Roumanie, approchant les normales saisonnières.     La principal favorita del cuadro de singles, la rumana Simona Halep, cuarta mundial, venció hoy a la búlgara Tsvetana Pironkova por 6-4 y 6-3 y se enfrentará en cuartos a la rusa Ekaterina Makarova, que terminó con la aventura de la kazaja Zarina Diyas por 6-3 y 6-4.

    En otro partido, la italiana Flavia Pennetta batió 6-2, 3-6 y 6-1 a la alemana Angelique Kerber .


    Las españolas Carla Suárez y Garbiñe Muguruza se medirán en los cuartos de final del torneo de tenis de Dubai tras sorprender hoy a dos de las grandes favoritas en sus respectivos partidos de octavos.


    Suárez eliminó a la segunda cabeza de serie, la checa Petra Kvitova, por 6-3, 4-6 y 6-3, en tanto que Muguruza se impuso por 6-4 y 6-2 a la polaca Agnieszka Radwanska, quinta favorita y campeona del certamen en 2012.

    Suárez, número 13 del ranking, y Muguruza, décimo cuarta, son las dos mejores tenistas españolas en la actualidad.

    La jugadora rumana Ana Bogdan, puesto 191 mundial, abandonó el pasado lunes el partido con Madison Brengle (de EE.UU.), cabeza de serie 4 y Nº 45 en el ránking mundial en la primera ronda del torneo que tiene lugar en Rio de Janeiro (Brasil), dotado con premios que suman 250.000 dólares. Bogdan se retiró tras 4-6, 3-3.


    En Rio de Janeiro, Ana Bogdan recibe 19 puntos y 2.100 dólares.

    El equipo femenino de espada de Rumanía se quedó con la medalla de plata de la Copa Mundial de Buenos Aires, el pasado domingo, luego de perder en la final contra Italia por 30 a 26. Las esgrimistas Ana-Maria Brânză, Simona Gherman, Anca Măroiu y Simona Pop derrotaron en octavos a Venezuela, en cuartos superaron a Estonia, y en semifinales se impusieron a Rusia. Alemania se situó en la tercera posición, 31 a 29 con Rusia . En la prueba individual, llevada a cabo el pasado viernes, Ana-Maria Brânză se situó en el quinto puesto.



    Balonmano femenino



    El HCM Baia Mare derrotó fuera de casa al equipo danés Viborg, por 31-30, en el Grupo principal 2 de la Liga de los Campeones. Gracias a esta victoria, el equipo campeón de Rumanía se mantiene en las clasificaciones para cuartos de final de la Liga. En la clasificación del Grupo principal 2, lidera el Larvik, de Noruega con 14 p. ,seguido por el Györ, Hungría con 12 puntos y el Viborg, con 5. En el 4 puesto, el último que lleva a cuartos se sitúa el equipo francés Metz, con 4 puntos. Siguen nuestras chicas del Baia Mare, también con 4 p, pero con menor número de goles y el equipo sueco Sävehof, con 3 puntos.



    Fútbol



    El FC Rapid de Bucarest ha fichado al español Aritz López Garai y pone a prueba al portugués Ricardo Alves Coelho Silva, anunciaron los representantes del club rumano. .


    El centrocampista español Aritz López Garai, de 34 años, fue hasta el pasado enero, compañero del rumano Florin Andone en el Córdoba, en la Primera División. También jugó con el Baskonia, el Gérnika, el Conquense, el Salamanca, el Castellón, el Celta Vigo y el Sporting Gijón.


    El portugués Ricardo Alves Coelho Silva, de 21 años juega también como centrocampista. Fue jugador del FC Porto juvenil y participó en encuentros de la selección SUB17, sub 18, sub 19 y sub20 de Portugal. Ricardo Alves ha jugado como sénior solo por dos clubes, el Portimonense y el Belenenses, y desde pasado verano se ha quedado libre de contrato.

    Tenis



    Simona Halep abandonó prematuramente el torneo de Dubai. La tenista rumana abandonó la disputa de la primera ronda con Alize Cornet después de sólo 41 minutos debido a una lesión .

    Con el marcador 1-6 , 1-1, Halep se retiró del partido.

    Simona Halep acusó dolor en el tendón de Aquiles, y después de perder el primer set por 6-1 abandonó la competición .

    La semana pasada, la tenista rumana Simona Halep ganó el séptimo torneo de la WTA de su carrera. En Doha, Qatar, en un concurso que reparte 2,44 millones de dólares en premios, derrotó el pasado domingo en la final a la alemana Angelique Kerber por 6-2 y 6-3.



    Además de Kerber , Halep superó en Doha, a otras dos jugadoras en el Top 10 : la italiana Sara Errani , la número siete del mundo , y la polaca Agnieszka Radwanska , N º 4 en la WTA .



    Según señala Agerpres, Simona ganó los últimos seis partidos disputados contra jugadoras del ránking 10, pero en Doha fue la primera vez que derrotó a tres de ellas en el mismo torneo.

    La novena posición que ocupaba Simona, el pasado lunes, en la WTA, es el mejor resultado para una jugadora de Rumanía en el nuevo milenio . En la historia del tenis femenino , sólo dos mujeres rumanas han subido a las diez primeras tenistas mundiales. Irina Spirlea que alcanzó el número 7 en el mundo en 1997 , y la actual manager de Simona Halep , Virginia Ruzici , que era el número ocho de la WTA en 1979.







    Otra rumana Sorana Cirstea, 27 WTA , se ha clasificado para la segunda ronda del torneo de Dubai ( Emiratos Árabes Unidos ) .

    Cirstea derrotó en la primera ronda por 6-4 , 6-3, en una hora y seis minutos, a Roberta Vinci (Italia ) , la 14 ª posición en la jerarquía mundial. En la segunda ronda, Sorana Cirstea jugará con Sara Errani, la 10 ª de la WTA . Debido a su clasificación para la segunda ronda en Dubai, Cirstea obtendrá 55 puntos WTA y un cheque de 18.712 dolares.



    Balonmano.



    El campeón de Rumanía, el HCM Constantza terminó en un empate a 29 el pasado domingo, el partido jugado con el equipo francés Chambery , contado para el Grupo D de la Copa EHF .



    Sochi 2014



    El patinador rumano Zoltan Kelemen se clasificó en el puesto 23 en la noche del pasado viernes en la prueba de patinaje masculino en los Juegos Olímpicos de Sochi , ganada por Yuzuru Hanyu de Japón.



    El rumano obtuvo un total de 158,76 puntos.



    Yuzuru Hanyu se impuso con un total de 280,09 puntos.



    El canadiense Patrick Chan se colgó la plata ( 275,62 ) y el bronce fue adjudicado por Denis Ten de Kazajistán ( 255.10 ) .


    El español Javier Fernández acabó cuarto en la prueba individual de patinaje artístico y se quedo sin medalla en Sochi 2014.



    La representante de Rumanía, Timea Sara se clasificó el pasado jueves en la posición 62 º de los 75 competidores que participaron en la prueba de 10 kilómetros de esquí de fondo estilo clásico de los Juegos Olímpicos de 2014 en Sochi , según el sitio web oficial.

    Fútbol



    El Petrolul de Ploiesti podría recibir un fuerte golpe si el entrenador Cosmin Contra acepta en este momento dejar el equipo de Prahova para el Getafe , lo que acaba de confirmar también la prensa española .


    Según informa el diario AS, el entrenador del Getafe está cerca de ser destituido por su presidente Ángel Torres debido a los malos resultado que está cosechando el equipo en las últimas jornadas y que le tiene en los puesto bajos de la tabla.


    En el caso de que se confirmara la marcha de García, el nombre que más suena es el de Cosmin Contra, que actualmente entrena al Petrolul Ploiesti aunque podría ser el entrenador del equipo azulón en las próximas horas.


    El Getafe es el equipo con los peores resultados obtenidos en el año 2014 de todos los equipos de la Liga . Desde finales del pasado noviembre, el Getafe no ha ganado ningún partido y cuenta con nueve partidos seguidos sin conocer la victoria en la Liga. Contra tiene una cláusula en el contrato con el Petrolul que le permite salir en cualquier momento para la selección nacional o un equipo de España .
